Paddling at Mirror Lake a couple days back it was amazing to see how high the water was that rushed through the park on it’s way to Lake Delton and in the end to the Wisconsin River. One just has to look up to the mud covered leaves or the debris caught in branches higher than you can reach from the seat of a boat. Amazing! This from Mirror Lake Staff: Conditions as of Monday, June 9, 2008: Recent storms have affected the park. Power is out in the campgrounds, so showers and electrical hookups are not operational. Water is overtopping the Mirror Lake Dam, and officials are concerned that the dam might fail.
